Default Camera instructions

Man, do I feel like a numpty
I've had my camera for over a year and was well pleased with some of the pics that I have taken. It is a used samsung a400 and just what I need for point n shoot pics so never read the instructions just had a play to get used to it.
To let you know the details it's got a simple zoom in/out button, it even has a level indicator onscreen and stops when it reaches full zoom, or so I thought... yes it does stop at full x1 zoom but so I found out today if you press it again it can go up to x4 zoom, doh.
I guess its my own stupid fault for not reading the instructions
Now the only prob I have is keeping it steady when taking x4 pics or it just turns out blurry.
So I think when they made "Idiot proof" controls they didn't reckon on me Now if I can only get the top off this damn bottle I can take a tablet to get rid of my headache
