To me, the first is quite normal, the second one, I think, has more emotion and depth to it... I'm really liking it I feel a "gasp" of her last breath... hmm...

Thankyou Karl, Im not entirely happy with the second one, I think I might rework it. I dont really like the area to the right of my head, plus I might lose the strong black line to the left aswell. Back to the drawing board.

Sorry Scott I didn't intend to ignore you, it probably took about an hour, I didn't time myself, did a bit earlier in the day then a little more later on when I had time. Again I am not wholly happy with this one either, so any ideas for improvement are welcome ( I will alter the skin tones and eye whites first).

OKay here goes, this took me about 90 minutes to get sorted this time, just couldn't seem to get it right, but then I'm not feeling too good today.

Paler skin tones, further skin smoothing and work, more blood added, eyes altered etc, two versions one with pale eyes one with red.

Really like the first one there Angi, the green of the eyes works well with the red of the hair and blood.

(edit...well it looks green to me! lol)

They're cool Angi!
Now a photo of me like that is one I'd have (not normally being a photo-happy person!)
