Default rescue

any one know if it would be possible to rescue this photo, stupid flash.




i have photoshop Cs, just not sure how to use it very well.

u can easily fix under exposed shots..but blown out highlights are almost impossible to fix.next time when u take th shot turn the flash power down a bit if your camera does it.

shame i'm okay on the under exposure.

but unfortunately thats my phone camera so i can't do anything about the flash.

if u have photo shop you can try shadows and highlights,it might make it a little better..under ajustments.
