But could you not pair 2 Black Back het Albinos together for a very slim chance of the Super AND Albino?

Well, since two blackbacks from the "het red axanthic" line produce "red axanthics" you'd expect that if you bred two blackback het albinos together you have a chance of getting Albino Red Axanthics. However... there's no guarantee that animal would visually be like a Snow.
Could be more like the Albino Cinnamons...
