Chocolate albino is a Tremper albino that was incubated at low temperatures. The Tremper albino mutant gene is recessive to the corresponding normal gene.

The chocolate albino has two Tremper albino mutant genes. The normal leo has two normal genes. Each baby gets one gene from each parent.

Result: each baby has a normal gene paired with a Tremper albino mutant gene making them het albinos. And all the babies look normal.

If any Tremper albino or chocolate albino babies come out of this mating, the normal leo is actually a het Tremper albino.

if you keep any babies and breed them back to the tremper parent you'll get some more het trempers and a few albinos too

Or if you breed the babies to an unrelated Tremper albino (which, if you only want to make albinos, is a better idea... reduces the amount of inbreeding considerably) ...

Just make sure you don't try to breed them to a Bell or Rainwater albino expecting albino babies - you won't get them because Bell and Rainwater are two totally different traits.

You'd get all normals who are het for patternless and Rainwater-strain albino.
