Either something with Tremper albino other wise you will just get all normals, unless you cross them with a super hypo, mack snow, super snow, enigma.

Not true!
Cross anything with the mack pastel and you'll get some Mack Snows, cross anything with a Tangelo and you'll get some Hypos back.

I do agree though that a trait with albino in would be benificial.
Id personally go for a Mack snow albino to produce Mack Snows, Super Snows, Albinos, Hypos, and Normals!

But thats my own opinion because that produces morphs i like!

From what I've read mack pastel is a normal with 'pastel' look. Where it appears in shed but isn't. A by product from mack snow crosses. So isn't a mack snow at all & infact a normal.

something crossed with tangelo will produce hypos ? or hypo effect within the other morphs/types produced ?

Mack Leopard Geckos - Genetics

I found this above about mack pastels.

Seems like a variation of mack snow ?

like tremper, rainwater, bell albino ? (they're the same in that they're albino but visually different & no 'super' from when they're crossed.)

I'd suggest a R/APTOR as that will breed with all of those traits. My second suggestion would be a Mack Snow albino.
