while we are on the patternless gene and mark is not here to ask, me being the impatient person that i am, can someone explain the patternless gene and how it combines with other morphs for instance an albino, sunglow, tangelo, mack snow and will everything look the same but just be het for,is there anything that when put to a patternless, the offspring will look different.

Nothing will be patternless in the first generation unless the other parent is also patternless or het. patty (since patternless is a simple recessive trait like albinism).
