Default possible?

say if i wanted to make an albino spider (royals)..if i bred an albino to a spider id get some spiders het albino and some normals het albino yes?..well ive heard people saying "..then breed them back to the parent" so if i bred a spider het albino from the clutch to the albino, would it result in deformities etc..or would the babies be healthy?

Theres no way of knowing, breeding relative increases the chances of deformaties but does not make ti a certainty.

It is however one of the ways that morphs are produced, you should be fine.

If unrelated pairs only were used we'd never have any of the recessive morphs we have today, take albino or pied for example. when the first 'random' pieds/albinos were produced what do you think the breeders do to prove that it is genetic and to figure out what kind of gene it is?(dom/recessive etc)

Lots of inbreeding will definately cause problems (some people speculate that kev Mc/NERD 'caused' the spinning/wobbling in spiders while proving them out, because of repeated breeding of the original male and his reletives together mainly to try and get a visual "super spider", caramel albino/caramel glow royals are quite prone to kinking, ie permanently disabled, some lines of albino boa and some burm morphs are prone to only having one eye etc etc)

It's like with people, just because most breed in unrelated pairs doesn't mean we still don't get random genetic problems occuring. By breeding offspriing back to the parents you may run an increased chance.

I think unless your doing it for repeated generations the risk is an acceptable one though.
You dont even need to buy more albinos or spiders, you can just find someone who is doing something similar and swap a snake or two

Sorry yes I should have said that I don't see it as unacceptable, will be forced into doing it ourselves in several projects. By forced I mean the only other option will be to spend a further high triple figure sum to get the correct morph carrying the correct het or we can produce our own hetsand breed back (eg exactly what you'd need to do with your spider het albino, you coudl make your own, or simply spend the cash and go directly to a spider het albino, they don't come up often...and expect to pay significantly more than you would for a 'normal' spider.

Also don't look for the cheapest spider you can and TRY and see the snake before you buy, either that or inform the seller clearly that you will not accept a snake with a head wobble, it's not known how this trait is passed on so my personaly feelings are it's best not to breed from a snake that exhibits it.

some people will tell you differently, i know even some representatives at NERD still tell people "they all do it", and I also know people who own wobbly spiders will also disagree about not breeding from them.

best way.

Just remember to walk away from anyone telling you "they all do it" or "it's normal" etc. Because all that means is "all the onmes we have for sale do it, we keep the non wobblers ourselves.

you also should be aware that even non-wobblers can, when bred, produce wobblers, it may be an idea to decide what you will do with these animals should it happen.

thats one option yes, by 'decide' I mean consider all options and decide what you will do.

euthanise
keep yourself
give away to someone you know and actually trust not to breed from it
sell them as if nothing was wrong
etc etc
