Default leopard gecko morphs

Last year i had a go at breeding royals though, i soon discovered that my male was' firing blanks'. so now i have decided to turn my attention to leopard geckos. December 25th came and in a small gift box was £600 from my mum and dad. Today after purchasing a 26' lcd tv i now have £310, with this i am going to purcahse 3-4 geckos which i have seen at mylocal pet shop which are cb07 which means i should be able to breed in the middle of the year? Though i want your help to decide which would be the best to start up as breeding group/colony. The shop have the following as far as im aware
Normal Leopard Geckos
Hypomelanistic Leopard Geckos
Leucistic Leopard Geckos
Chocolate Albino Leopard Geckos
please state your choices in sexes e.g. male normal, female hypo.

p.s i look foreard to your feedback, and be sure to see pictures up next week.

just posted this on the lizards general part, and as i was talking to a friend i wondered what would the babies from these combinations look like?

I wouldn't breed the geckos until they've had at least one full year - which means generally an '07 will be ready to breed at the beginning of '09.

It makes for bigger, healthier females... and I've found that a male that's too young will also, as you put it, "fire blanks"... much to my detriment this year.

Hypo is a codominant trait - one dose gives you a hypo, two doses gives you a super hypo.

If they've got "leucistics" they're probably patternlesses.

And "chocolate" albino is not genetic - it's albino that's incubated at a low temperature.

You won't get much in your first generation of breeding - hypos at best - and you may find it difficult to move lots of little normals.

With £310 you could easily pick up an adult trio of something potentially more saleable - I'm sure you could get a Mack het albino and a couple of adult albinos for that, for example, and get saleable Mack Snow, Albino and Mack Albino babies in addition to the little normals.
