RAPTOR is not a single trait - and not all the traits that make RAPTORs are simple recessives that can be inherited that way.

A Blizzard X RAPTOR will make:

100% Normal het Blizzard, Tremper Albino, Eclipse and Reverse Stripe.

The other two bits of RAPTOR are the selective breeding for enhanced orange colouring and the selective breeding for the patternless variant of Reverse Stripe. Without these two things, even if something has two RAPTOR parents... it's not a RAPTOR.
