By simply breeding a mack snow to a tremper albino you will produce the following in the first generation:-

A specimen with muchly reduced yellow/orange (the orange coming from the tremper and being reduced by the co-dominant gene of the mack snow) You will not see the effects of the albinoism in this first generation as the dominant gene for non-albino from the mack snow will take presidence over the recessive albino trait from the tremper.
This specimen will be mack snow het tremper albino.

To see both the morphs combined in one animal you would then have to take one of the specimens showing good mack snow traits and either breed this back to one of the original trempers or to an unrelated tremper.

This will then give you a "mack snow tremper albino.
