I just built the whole wooden carcass for my new tolay viv, i used plywood from b and 8 had it all cut and it was free even thoguh i had like 20 cuts XD
Thats one rocking viv, what varnish you using?

Ive used Ronseal interior quick drying varnish - Have used a few brands in the past - All quick drying is water based so non toxic if allowed to fully dry.

     Gonna start the 8 foot wide stack this weekend so Anery not gonna be in there long  All in cost less than £150 (minus AHS heaters) rough breakdown wood - £60 2 sheets (8x4) of 18mm mdf 1 sheet of 18 mm exterior ply (including cutting) Runners £18.00 Vents £5 Glass £18.00 Sealant and glues £15.00 Varnish £8.00 Screws £6.00 Bulk head lights £8.00 (£2.00 each)
