Default Corner Unit for a Veiled Chameleon

Hi All,

I am pretty close to deciding on getting a veiled chameleon. I am aware that they need quite a substantial sized enclosure - would i be right in saying a 65 gallon should be big enough for a fully grown one?

I was wondering if anyone out there knows of any corner units - or websites that supply them so i can check them out. To make best use of space available a tall corner unit would be ideal for us, but I am having a nightmare finding something.

Appreciate any suggestions or corrections

Cheers
Kip

you're best checking out Freecycle or Ebay for a corner unit and converting it to a viv yourself.

I got a unit for my snake for £20 off Ebay and a couple of cabinets that are almost vivs came on Freecycle earlier today.

Best bet would be making one yourself I imagine, you'd have to make sure it was well ventilated. For Veiled chams it is recommended you use a full screen enclosure, so mesh on all sides so there is good ventilation. With a corner unit you would only have 1 or 2 sides and the top depending on the style exposed so would need to make sure you have good air flow around it.
