Question veiled chameleon. viv or flexarium

Im getting my first cham hopefully next week.
but it needs a new viv with better ventilation, i have read endless care sheets but one thing i need help with is what kind of viv should i get. i was told by some one in a reptile house that a wooden one would be sufficient but then im told to get a flexarium.
But how do i keep the temp constant in the flex?
does it not let too much heat escape?

Please help

i personally dont like flexi's but wood vivs dont give enough ventilation ...so i got a mate to make me one using mdf which was sealed and painted with pond paint..the viv has a large mesh panel in the back and the full size door is mesh so plenty of ventilation

About lightweight aluminium framed cages with clear view black aluminium screen these are the best enclosures I've seen. Much better than flexariums. You just need to get a basking spot upto temperature and then the rest of the enclosure can be cooler to allow them to regulate their temperature.
