Default which paint for fake rocks

been looking at different fake rock builds, if i go the polystyrene with water proof tile grout over it which paint is safe for the inverts and amphibs
would pond paint be ok?
as its for the test tank would leaving it in tile grout be ok or not?

ill be intrested to hear some answers also.
im starting the same thing but im going to use powder grout that you mix yourself and add cement dye to it to get the colour im after, but if that fails i would think a lead free paint of some sort!

any paint aslong as it it left until fumes dissappear and is covered in some sort of varnish. unless its not gunna get wet in which case use acrylic
