I would just search Yell.com for Glaziers in your area, give them the measurements and ask for a quote.

you need to decide what kind of glass you're getting a quote for there are a few types, normal picture frame glass when broken splinters everywhere and is very sharp, laminated glass is 2 sheets of picture frame glass bonded onto a plastic sheet like a sandwich it is very strong and hard to break and if it does break it stays as a sheet because the plastic holds it all together, then there's toughened glass this when broken shatters into lots of granular pieces which are not that sharp.4mm thick picture glass is around £3 a square foot, toughened is about £4-5 a square foot and the best is obviously the dearest laminated is around £6-7 then you may need the edges polishing on any bits not covered by either the frame of the viv or silicone(don't use bathroom sealant it kills mould but could kill your herp too)
