Default Building a viv

right i'm going to build a viv, not gotta clue how but im going to!

i will go to my local wood merchants in the morning as they will cut to size making my life a bit easier!

now what type of wood do i need?

its for a beardie so will work out the size needed later.

do most peeps have a small piece of wood that runs top and bottom on the front to protect the runners and glass. can it all be bought from say B&Q ? or do they not cut wood?

what other things would i need for the lighting? as anyone have a link to the products i'd need?

B & Q offer a cutting service in most stores. U will require melamine sheets, (contiboard).

you can get any vents you want, i use the oblong plastic ones as it's easier to cut the hole for them as i don't have the right drill bits for round ones.

for the runners, it all depends what size glass you're having.
