Default heating leos

im getting some leos soon to go in a 3ft viv and for the heating ill be useing a heatmat ,im not sure where to place it as im going to use kitchen towel while theyre small so if i put it inside im afraid of thm getting under the kitchen towel and being burnt ,if i put it under the viv will it get enough heat through to heat up the viv or should i use a red spot bulb or different substrate?

thanks

Hi,

Im using an 11"x11" heat mat in my 3ft viv and im using lino flooring as the substarte. As they always mess in the same place, i just place kitchen towel in this one place, no worries of them getting to the mat then. just place the thermostat on top of the lino above the mat and job done.
