Wehaaayyyyyyy!!!!!! at long last, its finally finished! At the eleventh hour, we had a re-think, and now instead of being stuck up in the loft, Clyde now has his own rainforest in our front room
It is 6'6" long, 4' deep, and 8' high, and heated by 2 180w tube heaters controlled by a day/night thermostat, along with a white spotlight on his basking branch, and 2 green spotlights. When it goes dark, the white spot and uv lamps are set up to turn off and leave just a green glow until 10pm.
His tree is made up of cherry tree offcuts screwed together, although he likes to sleep clung onto the fake plants on the wall!
