Default Old snake enclosure...

Hi,
I was wondering if the leo's will be stressed in an old snake enclosure? (I can get a 1.2m x 300 x450 enclosure)

A 4ft viv (120cm) is quite large for leos but not overly so really, particularly if you have a few. Do you mean an all glass enclosure or a normal wooden viv? Either way they should be fine but if its all glass cover 3 sides with card or background paper to make it feel more secure for them.

gaz, That is the question (Sorry if I didn't make it clear). The size isn't really my concern (more a plus). It is the sent of the snake, that I am worried about...

disinfect it & then rinse it all off thoroughly, that should get rid of any scent, however i shoudln't really think it'd bother them, but you should disinfect all tanks/vivs whenever you move a new animal into it hope that helps

Ah sorry, didnt read that post properly! But no if you thoroughly clean the tank (which should be done anyway) there shouldnt be a problem.
