Default Growing plants in an enclosure?

I've got the usual plants growing in my chameleon enclosure and I wondered whats the best way to keep them fertilised? Is it best to change the soil they're potted in as I imagine adding fertiliser isn't a great idea!

Cheers!

Hey people! Sorry I've been offline for ages, I managed to blow up my RAM last week and have just got the replacements through! All good now though! Also, just want to thank everyone who voted for my pic in POTM! I came 3rd! So proud of my little guy! I've updated the pics of my setup if you want to take a look!

I wouldn't imagine feeding them would be an issue as they have have (hopefully) a UV bulb. Most plants in my house don't get fed and they're great. just keep watering and repot them when they're getting too big

Yeah, they have UV, but that's not the issue. They need N.P.K to grow and I didn't just want to dunk fertiliser on top!

Normal fertiliser: Nitrogren, Phosphorus, Potassium. They're what plants need to really flourish.

just use a liquid fert. when you water like miracle grow ,or growmore, baby bio etc.. feed every 3 weeks and repot every other year or every year if you dont feed.
