Is there anyone in Edinburgh/Glasgow area who is able to build glass vivs? It would involve 135 degree angles. Dont know exact dimensions yet but it would be around 80cm long, 35cm deep and 45cm high. Please PM if you are able to build something like this.

maybe a glass shop could, find a glass shop and have a word with the people in there?

yeah ill end up doing that or asking a local aquatics shop to do it. Just thought id check here first as shops always like to bump up prices a lot for things that arn't 'standard' sizes or shapes.

there is a shop i govan called aquarium desing they build vivs and tank to yur spec

As PD says, aquarium design are your best bet. One of my collegues gets all her tanks built there, and they are pretty reasonable. Its on paisley road west.

Theres a guy that used to fit the windows to our cars in at the jag garage in motherwell, Kevins his name but i canny remember his companys name ( i know no much use am i ) but i was going to get him to build me a big viv for my CWD but sadly it died so didnt need him to and he wasnt wanting to much either.

He also built the glass tank for the anaconda and other glass tanks down at amazonia strathy park

If i remember right im sure his place is in Braidhurst idustrial estate motherwell

I think I know aquarium design, is that one of 3 aquatic shops on that street isnt it? I used to always go to them when I went to Glas Uni.
