Default Contiboard
hi where is the best place to get the contiboard from, b&q only seem to have white and im looking for the fake wood finish, anybody have any idea's? cheers......

contiboard is a b&q specific product . i got lots of different colours to choose from in my b&q .


you could ask them to order it in for you .

if not you need to go to a local timber yard and get furniture board . basically the same as conti but not branded for b&q . if you ask for conti they wwill know what you mean any ways

these companies will probably have a better range and be cheaper than b&q

Contiboard isn't B&Q specific. Conti is a brand name and B&Q stock that brand along with other places.

It's a company that make melamine faced chipboard

isnt contiboard just MFC labeled for b&q ? ive never seen it sold anywhere else .

even though its the same stuff

dont really matter as even if its not contiboard , every where will know what it is anyway

Have a look on the B&Q website and look for your nearest B&Q warehouse. There is a B&Q 'shop' near me but its the 'warehouse' that has the range of contiboard in stock.

i got mine from wickes, much ceaper than b&q also different colours and sizes.

From my experiance your local timber yard would be best as when i went to B&Q the Adrian Mole lookalike said you can only get their full range of colours in our big warehouse branches, thats funny as i was stood in the bigger wearhouse branch.... Once i had pointed this out he changed it too on line.er.lol.

Where abouts are you,a forum member gave me a link for a place in coventry,very cheap and cut all the board to size as well.
