Default help on biulding a stack of vivs

right well the wd viv hasnt even been started on yet lol so im going to wait till after xmas as i wanna biuld a 3x viv stack aswell it will house 2 snakes one in each and my bluey
i could do with some advice on what would be the best way to go out it for heating and things as they would all need bulbs in and possibly a heatmat also what sort of height do you think would be best its defo gonna be 3ft long and atleast 18 inches deep
the snakes will be a royal or blood phython dunno what yet and a corn and my bluey of cource
anyne got any nice pics of ones they have built?

I'm assuming that your Bluey is a Blue Tongue Skink, if it is, is a 3 foot by 18 inches big enough? they are quite a big lizard when full grown, alot bigger than a bd and they need a 4x2x2 at least.

she is only in a 3x15x15 at the moment shes got her hide huge waterbowl and plants in there she doesnt really come out much due to being very nervous and evil lol

royals need a bit of height as they are arboreal, same with a lot of pythons, im a joiner and i build all my own vivs, i have a 4 stacker any advice PM me il send you pics if you need them

sorry mate, but royals are not arboreal and dont need height, they do climb but are very clumsy at it and any branches should be low down.

Hi ya,

So long as you get all your measurements right, its really straight forward and easy to build.

Here's a pic of mine below, which is heated with Ultratherm reptile radiators and the 6 sections at the top are heated with 2x heat strips for the plastice tubs.
