Default 3D Background??

I am wanting to do a 3D effect background in my iguana viv!
I have seen people using polystyrene and expanding foam.
The polystyrene is cheap enough but the expanding foam seems like a lot of money at £7 for a 750ml bottle.
Can anyone suggest a cheaper option or would a 750ml bottle be enough to do a background in 6ft tall 3ft wide viv?

It will need plastering with grout and cement otherwise the Ig's claws will shred it.

a 6ft by 3ft viv wont be big enough to house an adult so i wouldnt spend too much on this viv if it isnt going to the permanant home.u know what i mean?
if you do really want a 3d background it will have to be really really strong to hold an adult iggy even a young iggy will climb it and rip it to bits with her claws.is this going to be her permanant home?

no the plan is to keep her in this until she outgrows it and then move her into a much bigger one and then invest in some water dragons to put in this viv.
