Default glass overlap

i'm planning my corn snake stack and need to know how much to overlap the sliding glass doors, ie. too little = viv locks too loose = escapees, too much = viv locks won't fit = escapees!

Be wary of the gap between the glass, corn snakes can get quite flat to get through gaps! I found this out on cornsnakes forum!

cheers Roy. I've heard of snakes escaping like that before and thought about using cardboard, but that clear tube idea looks well easier on the eyes!
