Default corn snake viv stack

i've just had a play around on google sketch-up to see what my new corn stacks gonna look like.....

its going in the front room, so they're all vivs the stack will be 1m wide x 18" deep x 8' high, with each of the 8 vivs 12" in height.

WoW great. I want a stack, what about the glass, are you using those strips what u slide the glass in. how much will it cost for all the glass.
I dont know whether to do that now or 50 litre tubs.
look forward to seeing the finished result. when are you starting it.

I had a system made something like this but it was two units. One was 4 vivs high and the other 3 vivs. Had to have it split to get it delivered.
I had to fit glass doors and all the electrics but they are great.
I even glass lined the inside of each viv to make them waterproof.
Are you going to build the unit?

wow that is high. Just remember you going to have to build some sort of support on each viv as it will be very hard to open the glass on the bottom vivs with the weight ontop.

yeah looks a bit high from the point of view of toppling over.. will it be bracketed to the wall... i dont want u getting squished by your new stack

not if i build it properly!

don't know how much for glass yet, i havent got that far yet. gonna start within the next couple of months, no mad rush for it yet
