I'm trying my hand at making some reptile things out of polystyrene then following a few guides into sealing them and stuff..

Kind of went expanding foam mad on it, and i will shape it with some emery paper.

thats cool, are you going to paint it??? i may make something like this but i cant stand polystyrene so is there n e thing else i could use which will last a while????????? ive heard some people on the forum making hides from paper mache and covering them with tile filler or something but is there n ething else i could use???????

Looks promising What rep is it for?

Its for Leopard Geckos, and an AFT. Erm, yeah paper mache hardened then covered with a few layers of grout would do the trick as well.

I wont be painting it as such, I'll be pasting it with a layer of PVA glue mixed with water, then sand on top.. And then repeating it again, to give it texture. Then covering it in grout. Depending on how it looks I may paint, but I may not.
