Treating Grapevine

I've got a load of grapevine that I'm going to use in my corns enclosures. How do you treat yours if you use it?

Freeze/Wash In the Bath With 5% Bleach 95% Warm Water or Shove In The Oven At About 150 For several minutes.

wash it, microwave it ( whilst its still wet),deep freeze for 24hrs, then oven or microwave again, i have done this dozens of times, kills everything
