Shelves in vivs
hello
Im going to be putting a shelf in my royals viv and i just wondered what you used and how you did it? Thanks in advance Jo P,s i also want to paint it black what pain and varnish do i need? Thanks

in my beadies viv i just stole a shelve out of a unit and screwed it in.
for the paint, anything none toxic and make sure the smell has gone before putting anything in there.

Im using a bit of ply wood i had lying around to make either 1 poss two shelves for my leo, going to use small shelf brackets to hold them up as the plywood is too thin to put screws into

Just use some plastic corner blocks (usually white or brown with 2 holes 1 side and 1 hole the other), as for painting it, why not try and get some melamine plastic coating that is easy to stick and cover the wood.

I used roof slates. they look natural and give your snake something to help with shedding.
 He loves it up there.
