morning all
got a lovely 9 month old BCI and put him in his viv last night (obviously only a small one)
heat mat on, temps ok and stat maintaining heat ok. He has discovered the joy of climbing but he feels chilly and will not go into his hides. Any ideas of warming him up please?

I use a bulb and a mat with my yearling bci and a ceramic plate with lilly......... mats on their own dont heat the air and boas do like their warmth.
either up the room tem in your rep room or get a lamp and guard set up.
