Default par38 and r80 (inc infrared bulb) questions

Could anybody post pictures of their par38\r80 and infra-red bulb setups please.

I'm planning the heating for a 3ft viv and not sure what to go with (I don't want ceramics though)

I am interested in how much light each bulb gives out (I know the infra-red won't but still interested to see a pic of a working setup)

also what wattages do you use for your 3ft ?

TIA

you wont need par38 in a 3ft viv.. 100watt par38 i use in a 4x2x2 and its overkill, always on really dimm and thats to get a 120*F basking spot

Great news I saw a par38 the other day in the flesh (well in the box) so to speak and it's a scary bulb lol
