Default Live planted viv....

Hi. I am getting a 3month old Brazilian Rainbow Boa on the 15th of december. It will be kept in a faunarium until about 5 months old, then it will be in a 6'x2'x3' viv hopefully.

In the wild, BRB's live in the brazilian rainforest's. So, i wanted a live planted Fake rock wall at the back of the viv, BUT, i dont know how to make one lol. Anyway, what lives plants can i put in the rock wall?

Cheers, Tom.

Live planted vivs are very difficult to mantain and often the plants will die or just be destroyed by the snake moving around...Ben

My little BrBis Feb 07 so, approx 10 months old, he is in a glass fish tank with 3 sides covered, 2 ft by 1 ft by 1 ft and he looks tiny in that, he is spprox 2 ft long and the next step up for him is a 3ft viv. as long as they have plenty to climb the biggest i would go is a 4 ft really, and thats when he is quite lot bigger and older. I think you may have big problems keeping the humidity up in a 6 ft viv they like it at at least 85%....as for plants I've tried a couple of real ones in other things, a chameleon, and used weeping fig plants, tbh they died pretty quick and as the brbs are quite active of a night i dont think that would be any different.....however, it wouldnt hurt to try!
Good luck any way and i'm not one to criticise(?) other peoples plans but I would seriously rethink that viv...you will be spraying every 5 minutes!
