Default heat mats and 1 stat

I have 3 leopard gecko tanks, could i connect all the heatmats to 1 plug and then use the stat like that? would that work or not because of the only one probe? or would the heatmats heat the same through one plug?? Would it be worth it?

Just plug all the heat mats into a 4 way extention and then plug the extention into the stat this works for me

Dont think it matters that much really, just keep an eye on all the temps though.

Thanks guys, they all have electronic thermometers on, i think i will start taking daily temp checks anyway
