Default Racking solution?

Do you think that this would be any use as a hatchling rack? Obviously it hasn't been used for that purpose......... Have a look
STORAGE RACK 48 BINS on eBay, also, Tool Boxes Storage, DIY Tools, Home Garden (end time 14-Dec-07 13:48:09 GMT)

What do you reckon?

It's difficult to tell from a picture.

Can you convert it to house heating? either with heat mats or with cable?
Are the dimensions suitable? big enough? small enough?
Are the boxes secure? RUBs for instance look perfect until you look at the lid from underneath, when you see a small space that might be a problem for a small snake.
Will the boxes slide out easily? will they come out at all!
Can you drill air holes?
How do you secure the lids?

etc.

was just going to say, we have these in the shed and they are tiny, even the largest size of them would still be too small
