Default maybe?

i already own an adult corn snake and a bunch of tropical fish and dont really have the room to house any more reptiles but im looking into getting a bearded dragon, ive owned one before so know about basic husbandry ect...
ive found this as an example of what i may use to save space! works our about three meter i think. i would house my corn and a beardie with the link below, would this work?
i was worried about the heat matt for my corn, would the heat matt work under the wood bottom (have glass viv for her at the min)
and also, would heat/humidity ect be too big a complication with the two seperate reptiles housed in the same structure?

any replys would be great!
thanks.
