Default Rocky setup help

Im getting a few rocky dwelling lizards and want it to look really good has anybody else got nice setups they can show me or any advice on what to put in it

What are they? Ive found flat rocks ive got from a beach very useful in creating a rocky landscape, river bed should have some good ones too. Perhaps a paving slab or some tiles for a very hard base with rocks on/around this.

Yeah if you have the time and inclination you could go down the polystyrene route - shape it, secure it in place, cover it in around 3 coats of tile grout mixed with cement, or tile grout mixed with pva glue, bang on half a dozen coats of masonary paint, throw sand at it whilst it's drying, then cover it in a few coats of yacht varnish (there's probably a better substitute). Bear in mind the whole process can take several days if not weeks - if you use yacht varnish it takes around a week to get rid of the toxic fumes.

i heard that pond paint works well

Aye, we're big fans of pond paint. All of our "rocks" are made using it now (we're not using real ones as we're desperately trying to come up with ways of keeping viv weights down...).
