Default 10% or 5% uv which one do i need

will be getting a veiled cham in the next few weeks not sure which uvb % to get 10% or 5% as the care sheets i've seen some say 5 others 10 ?

I would go with a 10, only because the come from oasis's in the Saudi desert so will get a higher uv concentrate.

Diurnal arboreal reptiles generally need a higher UV output than ground dwellers.
