Default making my own flexi for chameleon

started to make a flexi for are veiled chameleon arriving next week
so far frame build and i've hand sewn meshing on to top/bottom/sides and back all i've got to do is make something for the bottom of it and put the front meshing on not sure if to use a zip or press studs what do u think would be better also any ideas as what to use to but the substrate in.

i dont use substrate with any of my veilds..
and if you do make a flexi then use zips...

I can remember Homebase having a sale recently and they had a contraption that hangs up in a wardrobe that you can put your clothes in - it was basically a giant flexarium that suspends from the rail, was all mesh (black nylon I think), had a solid bottom (probably plastic coated cardboard or similar), and a zip for access. Would probably make a nice veiled enclosure provided it could be adapted to take the weight of the plants, etc.
