Hey there from sunny....Liverpool?!?!?!?!?
Hi everyone, Im Tony and my partner is Trisha.
I have had a phobia of Snakes for 3 years since I let my 4 year old son hold one and I got terrified in case it ate him whole as he was only a small lad and the Snake was twice his size!!! So I got my tax rebate and told Trisha that I was going to buy either a Tarantula or a Snake. She is terrified of both and told me if I get anything then she is leaving me!!! Common sense prevailed after a little chat and we both went to PetZoo in Liverpool to buy a Snake and young Kerry (the Scottish one) walked us through everything to do with them. We left the store £260 lighter with a lifetime pack for our new Ghostsnake, including 2 books and a months supplies of pinkies. Casper (Trisha picked the name so dont have a go lol) soon felt at home but for some reason have never liked me!!!  It took 4 weeks to realise he was a she and so the name was changed to Cassie.So far she has bit me, constricted me twice and tries to get away from me whenever I hold her. Trisha on the other hand, Cassie loves her and curls up in her hand and plays with her!!! Anyway, we go to PetZoo every time we are passing as they are a great bunch and anytime we have a problem, the girls are at hand to help us out. Im slowly coming over my phobia and would like to eventually start getting Cassie a suitable mate for breeding. She is about 16 weeks old now and its already like having a stroppy female teenager in the house when im around!!! Just get ready to be bomvarded with questions from a noob (thats a newbie if you didnt know) hehe
