I'm a first time poster, an a few weeks lurker. I still havent got my snake yet as I was waiting for a friend to get me one, alas complications.. no snake. However one of your members here lives near me so I may be getting one of his. Anyway now its just a waiting game to get me a snake! I will post piccies when I get one

I know people recommend a corn snake for the first snake. However I was looking at Royal Python. I do have a choice from someone local, however i'll be after a baby.

my first snake was a royal. they are known to be bad feeders sometimes but have never had a problem with any of my 3. remeber which ever snake you get make sure you put up some pictures
