You could always try Virginia Cheeseman or Steve @ the Tarantula Barn, both very good.

I'd recommend Virginia, her stock and packing are excellent. More importantly when you say lost I assume it died... do you know why? If there's a problem with how it was kept then you need to resolve that first.
The Hollybush did have some millipedes in the last time I looked although their prices were silly expensive and I wasn't happy with how they were keeping them. Chase Pets n Reps in Burntwood normally have them in as well but worth calling to check first - 01543 676144

i noticed your only in lichfeild. Do you know about discount koi and aquatics in stoke? they pretty much always have a fair few in there.
