Default Limited Supply ! pre order now !

Augacephalus junodi

Otherwise known as Golden Brown Baboon

These beauties orginate in Mozambique and can grow to 13cn leg span

They are terrestrial and burrow quite a lot, so need more floor space than hieght.

They can live for 8 to 10 years, and are pretty lively, so not really a 'first' tarantula.

These need temps of around 26c and humidity of about 55%

We have a small amount of these that we are collecting at the end of the month, so thought I would see what interest there is in them.

These are offered as unsexed, as we have not yet seen them, but ours will have a leg span of around 10cm, so Steve 'may' be able to sex them if needed, but more than likley at that size to be females. We can get males if needed, just ask.

These are for sale for £45 each, and delivery via RMSD at £6.95.

Due to collect end of june, taking orders and deposits (£10 per T) to secure. Collection from Brighton also possible.

PM with any questions.

Thanks

Tony

Are you sure these are junodi and aren't what are being sold as Augacephalus sp. "Mozambique"?
What are the differences?

Beautiful spiders by the way ..

I use this site for much of my IDing,TarantulaCanada.ca - Picture gallery

A very good site for pictures etc

This is an adult female

TarantulaCanada.ca - Augacephalus junodi

I have been offered these loads of times before but have never really looked into them so these are a new species to me, but since being asked for them by many people we have decided to get some in, i am as we speak researching more info on this species and wil post my fndings here, the general concensus so far is pretty much like many other baboon species, not too humid though

Should they not be labelled Augacephalus sp. then until you're sure?

Not sure what you are getting at here or why you are under the assumption thet these are not what we say they are but these have been identified by the breeder i am purchasing them from, after all he has kept this species for 5 years or so, and i merely use pictures to assist in identifying not to possitively id, as i am sure other breeders do!
