Does anybody know if the Red iguana has the same needs/requirements as the green?

I've got 2 green iguanas (I'll post pictures when I've work out how to) and I'd certainly agree that this is an awesome book

I've also found 'Iguanas for Dummies' by Melissa Kaplan to be very informative.

Yea, Im planning to Purchase myslef a Green Iguana, but i have a few queries about the enclosure, well 1st is that size is not a real problem for me as i am building it myself but do iguanas like toswim alot because if so i was going to incoperate a Pool like thing in there with him/her....???

Think this depends on the iggy, mine hates the water, gave it very big tub but it never used it, loves it's daily sprays though.

they love to swim!
i have a heated pond in my enclosure and both my iggys spend ages swimming.i would defo reccomend installing a pond
