Unhappy i think my gecko may be hurt.

My leopard gecko was shedding last night and she tugged at the skin on her arm and now her elbow looks puffy. the joint also looks bigger compaired to the other arm. i guess what I'm asking is if this has ever happend to anyones gecko? shes now kinda sluggish and not sleeping in the spot shes been sleeping in for the past 4 months. she kinda hiding away in her house. i just wanna make sure shes okay. sorry if this is not in the right forum or if this was already asked some time ago, i just am concerned.

Hi, I've only been keeping Leos for 10 months but in my experience if they have a bad shed or hurt themselves mine tend to go into their hide to feel sorry for themselves.

Personally I wouldnt panic but would keep an eye on her if you notice the swelling hasnt gone down or continued restricted movement over the next few days then Id find a good reptile vet to take a look at her.

On a different point, did she get all the stuck skin off?

As I said I've only been keeping for 10 months, you may attract the attention of some of the more experienced keepers in the Lizard setion.
