oh yeah, i suppose they can, didn't think of that...still pretty shitty.

I must admit, this is the 1st i have heard of it. Councils are normally strict on noisy pets, not exotics. (saying that tho councils differ from county to county.) Only thing i can think of, is some-one may have complained. (if they have, they need to get a life.) Its sad really.
Just hope ours dont start cracking down on our exotics. Mind you where i am, no-one knows i got any. (in fact they dont know i even exist, lovely neighbours i got. NOT.!! ).
