Is this the parentage of the gem snows? just wondering because mack snow is a different type of snow morph to gem snow. Mack snows came from John and Amy Mack and Gem snows come from Jim Holler bit like all the albino's (tremper, bell, rainwater etc...) Just curious because both act differently when bred so it makes it important to know, ive put a link on to people in usa discussing the differences between the snow lines out there, would just like clarification

This link (below) has got some info on gem snows, the reason theres not much out there on them is because not much is known, i think the first one was produced in 2006 so they are still outcrossing the morph to see what it does when mixed with others, so far they know it doesn't produce a super form when bred to another gem snow but will produce a super form when bred to a mack snow.

I'd be very interested to know what you bought the parents of number 5 as. As I understand it, it's the same kind of thing as the differant types of albino, if you didn't buy one (or both) parents as GEM snows, then chances are you've not produced one.
However, if it is a standard mack I'm very interested in it and would like to know how much you're looking for. |

to make a gem snow you have to have a gem snow, they were discovered by jim holler in a wild caught groupe and have only recently hit the market (usa and canada) they act co-dom like macks do. visual het visual hom or normal, if the snow parent was mack these are too. although the first two look like good quality macks

So basically they're just different lines of snow? Is that all? They produce supers when crossed with a Mack, but not each other? Then really they are less prollifent Gene? They dont look that different anyway>?
