Thou i dont want to ruin your sales because selling them as Sandfires will help you...

I have to agree, Its false advertising.. Try using Orange/Red colourings not a Copyrighted name..

I do appologise for popping in and trying to point out the correct procedures.. but it happens on the snake section also regarding corn snake colour and pattern of morph al the time..

I have a bright lemon yellow beardie hes more citrus in colour than some real citruses ive seen.. but I call him Lemon as thats what he is a lemon coloured dragon.. i can never call his citrus just to bump up his worth etc

it seems though more breeders are findning the appropriate termonology for dragons with colour these examples..

yellow phase
green phase
orange phase
red phase etc

whereas genuine bred pure morphs wil carry the names
sandfire morph
citrus morph
bloodred USA morph
etc

if they were sandfire dragon reptiles they would have emailed confirmation of birth certificates and pedigree.. the parents would have this pedigree certificate of proof.. and that shows they are carrying true morphs..

the words citrus and sandifre and bloodred is being used now when a beardie has never been bred by the breeders that have the copyright to these actual names and YES they actually have the morph name copyrighted much like with royal pythons.. you cant call something a lemon line royal python morph if it isnt...

i think from now on in classifieds it would bebetter if people were selling beardies to make sure they call them the proper names..

saying orange colourings.. or yellow colourings on the body.. is fine... but even beardies in the wild have these colours..
having a l;itle bit of green does not make them sandfire... thats liek saying.. my cat has a brown nose therefore its a siamese...

sandfire morph is a trademark of that particular breeder calling a dragon sandifre does not make it one.. they actually paid to have it trademarked...

its like calling a tabby kitten a bengal or a toyger.... simple moggies are not pedigrees just because u call them that..

you can get gorgeous highly coloured orange and yellow beardies but the chances of it being a true sandfire dragon ranch beardie is VERY slim.. they cost hundereds and hundreds to import and buy and get them here..

i think people need to be made more aware that these names are actually in america REAL morph names.. not just a colour name to pin on a beardie that shows a little orange or green or red on its body...

at £20 though noone would seriously think they came from sandfire dragon ranch parents.. and £20 is afabby price..
its just the description thats wrong..

PLEASE LOOK AT MY SITE IN MY SIG AND TELL ME WHAT BEARDIES THEY R becouse only american imports come with papers but CB dont come with papers unless u aply for them from america and they paid £1000.00 thats to much riped off sorry to say

it wasnt only me this time if you notive TWISTED also commented.. but im glad to see you aimed it solely at me..

and yes proper morphs come with papers... so its still miselling.. you dont need to like what im saying but its 100% the truth and thats what honest selling should be about truth

Just to clear this up... importation can cost upwards of a grand ... so if u import one adult beardie from sandfire dragon ranch.. you can look to pay a grand in importation alone.. same with fire and ice..

never mind the cost of the actual dragon..

i have recently imported myself a pure bred super citrus from america fire and ice and studied every possible morph and importation avenue for the last year bfore i purchased.. so i actually do know what im talking about

however as i said peopel are thankful when they are corrected if they are miselling leos or corns.... anyways as i said ive emailed t-bo about miselling animals in classifieds .. and yes i may be getting waring and have my posts removed here but the miselling i see going on recently is waring too,, some newer buyers have Pmed me saying they have bought babies thinking they were genuine morphs.. when in fact they are not

Those who want 'sandfires' should know when its the real deal & when it is not.

People should do reasearch before they buy... I mean who really expects any get any true beardie morph for that price?
