i appologise for upsetting anyone.. its not my intention but i place fact above pleasantries

i was trying to be factual not rude.. i have emailed a few very respected RFUK beardie breeders to see their opinion.. they agree that whilst it is indeed wrong and false advertising that it wil continue to happen due to the misunderstanding of what beardie morphs truly are...

however in future i shal stay away from adverts and people can buy what they think are genuine morphs

once again and i honestly mean this.. good luck with the sale

By the looks of this thread, I do not need refresh it with bumps, as the agruements keep it refreshed anyway.

I don't agree with Sparkle, pedigree certificate's wouldn't be nesserary for them to be classified as sandfire, there for I do not think its a misselling.
i.e. If the babies came from Sandfires which infact did have certificates because they was purchased from the Sandfire Ranch, do you really think you would recieve such certificates for the babies ?
Even photocopies would be worthless, might aswell do a hand written receipt instead.

No matter how much you think that you're right, you are going the wrong way about it, do not post comments on any reptile classifieds unless you are planning to buy, failing to do so will result in disruptions and arguements on the threads, it is unfair to anyone selling on the thread, I am sure many breeders, and that includes the very respected breeders will also agree with.

I would like to thank markandwend, goldenboy and anyone else who gave support, that also includes the telephone support from a couple of reptile breeders.

This thread has been disrupted alot, I dont think it could get any worse, please remember that there is still 5 sandfire babies for sale for all who are interested.

On to a more a positive side , my oldest BD was advertised as a Sandfire when it was actualy just a normal, he showed very little colour when I got him besides a little orange at the side but now he has got orange running down the side of his face , beard ,back , sides and front 2 legs its only really strong at the face though.Also he is a (high orange x normal).

More to the point of my post Sandfire or not they are still good looking BD's and for £20 thats a steal.
Also would you be able to post a close up pic of one or two the the BD's.

£20 each is because I need to sell them cheap and fast, I have another 6 beardies that are in the same viv, there is only a plastic box between the 3 day old and 8 week old beardies.

It will take time to get more pics, and I know they have sheded a fair few times, so there skin tones are getting alot lighter.

As for normals, it all depends on who defines what as normals, Check out link below on the discussion.

They are green because the babies are green, whether they stay green later on is a different question, it is possible that the babies at a later stage could be yellow or maybe even a lime, just like there parents.

sorry id like to just clarify this as u didnt really answer the question. You say both parents are sandfire's but did they actually come from the sandfire ranch in the usa?

This statement is not true. If you have a sandfire male and female with papers from the ranch you can sell your babies as sandfires as that is what they are. they will have birth certificates and these are what you give showing the parentage. if this is ever questioned it then can be traced right back to your breeding pair and the certificates you have to validate your claim

i have checked this with Kevin Dunne from the ranch as i am in the process of importing a breeding trio..
