Hi everyone, i'm looking at buying our first Lizard, i'm looking for something very tame that can be handled by children, i've been told by the local exotic pet shop that my best bet would be a Bearded Dragon but i'd consider anything similar which would be tame and friendly.

I'm a complete novice so i need everything, starting with the vivarium preferably 2-3ft plus all the set up that my lizard would need.

I have my eye on a viv + set-up on ebay so if anyone has the full package or a lizard for a beginner i'm looking to purchase asap.

I'm Wigan but willing to travel to Manchester, Liverpool, Preston and surrounding areas.
